These terms of service apply to the photography and videography services provided by Your Name (“the photographer”), as well as the use of this website. By contacting the photographer or booking a service, you agree to the terms set out here.
A booking is confirmed once both parties agree on the event details, price, and payment terms. Specific conditions (deposit, cancellation policy, etc.) are agreed individually with each client before the service is provided.
Photos and video captured by the photographer during an event remain the photographer's copyright. The client receives rights to use the delivered material for personal, non-commercial purposes. The photographer may use selected work in their portfolio, website, and social media, unless otherwise agreed.
The photographer commits to providing services professionally and with due care. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (technical failure, illness, etc.) that prevent the service from being delivered, the photographer will inform the client as soon as possible and offer a resolution — including, where possible, an alternative photographer or a partial/full refund.
