Who is responsible for your data
Nell Wrathall, trading as Nell Wrathall Photography, Studio 2, Kilnhouse Yard, Horsforth, Leeds LS18 5AD, is the data controller. Contact: hello@
What I collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form or by email, I receive:
- your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number;
- your event date, the service you’re interested in and your message;
- how you heard about me, if you tell me.
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the message to my inbox. This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools.
Why, and on what basis
I use your details only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you book, to plan and deliver your photography. The legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and performing that contract.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for six years after the end of the tax year, as HMRC requires.
Your rights
You can ask me to:
- show you the data I hold about you;
- correct it, or delete it;
- stop or limit how I use it.
If you’re unhappy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Photographs
I may show a small selection of photos from your session in my portfolio. Tell me if you’d rather I didn’t and I’ll keep your gallery private.
