Booking
Your date is held once you’ve signed the booking form and paid the retainer: £400 for weddings and elopements, £100 for portrait, family and couple sessions. The retainer is part of the total price.
Payment
The balance is due four weeks before a wedding or elopement, and on the day of a session. Prices on this site are in pounds sterling. I am not VAT-registered.
Changing or cancelling
You can move your date once, free of charge, if I’m available. If you cancel, the retainer is not refundable because I will have turned other clients away for that date; anything paid beyond it is refunded in full.
If I can’t attend because of illness or an emergency, I’ll arrange a trusted replacement photographer with your agreement, or refund everything you’ve paid.
Your photographs
I keep the copyright in the photographs. You receive a personal licence to print, share and keep them for life. Commercial use (for example by a venue or supplier) needs my written permission.
Liability
I carry backup equipment and public liability insurance. My liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the booking.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
